This notice explains how Demon Alter Studios uses personal information on demonalterstudios.co.uk and in the connected game services we operate. You can browse this website without an account. Patreon connections are available through external games.

1. Who to contact
Demon Alter Studios is responsible for the personal information it uses to operate these services. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact demonalterstudios@gmail.com. This notice covers our own services; external stores and membership platforms have their own privacy notices.
2. Information we use
- Support: your email address, name if supplied and the information you send us. Please send only what we need to help.
- Patreon game connections: when you choose to sign in, the platform connects to Patreon through your browser and requests your Patreon ID, name, email address and email-verification status. We use these details to create or link a shared game-service record and issue a separate access token for each game session. We also request membership and campaign information to check access to Patreon benefits. A membership-only connection does not create a game-service account or request your email. Some existing game integrations supply a Patreon access token for identity verification only. Patreon connections do not verify your age.
- Game features: progress, levels, scores, virtual-currency balances and purchase records submitted by the game. Score names and scores can be retrieved through the public leaderboard service, so choose a name you are comfortable making public.
- Billing notifications: for transactions handled by Paddle, we receive and store customer names and email addresses, customer and transaction references, invoice amounts, tax, currency, dates and subscription status. These notifications help keep billing records and benefits up to date and may also appear in service logs.
- Image-generation requests through the API: prompts and generation settings sent to Dezgo, plus prompts and resulting images stored against your game-service record. Generated files use publicly accessible storage URLs; do not include confidential or sensitive personal information.
- Website requests: technical information such as your IP address and request details needed to deliver pages and handle errors or abuse. If you allow analytics, Google also receives browsing and device information as described below.
3. Why we use information
- Providing requested services: identity, game and billing records let us connect you, maintain purchased benefits and deliver game features, where necessary to perform our contract with you or take steps you request before entering one.
- Operating and protecting services: relevant technical and support information supports our legitimate interests in security, troubleshooting, delivering website content and answering enquiries. We consider the impact on your rights when relying on these interests.
- Optional analytics: we rely on your consent to load Google Analytics and measure website use. Refusing analytics does not prevent access to the website or Patreon game connections.
- Legal requirements: we may keep or disclose relevant records where a legal obligation requires it, such as applicable accounting requirements.
6. How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose of the record: whether a game-service relationship is active, whether a support issue is open, whether information is needed to investigate abuse or a dispute, and whether a legal record-keeping duty applies. Cookie periods are set out above.
You can ask us which records we hold about you, how long they are needed and whether they can be deleted by emailing demonalterstudios@gmail.com. Removing cookies or disconnecting Patreon does not automatically delete existing game-service records.
7. Your rights and complaints
Under UK data protection law, you may ask to access your information, correct inaccuracies, erase information or restrict its use. You may also have rights to receive certain information in a portable format and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights depend on the circumstances and are not absolute.
Email demonalterstudios@gmail.com with your request and enough information to identify the relevant service or record. We may need to check your identity before disclosing personal information. Requests are normally free; we will explain any applicable exception or reason we cannot fulfil a request.
You can withdraw analytics consent in Cookie settings at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, contact us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); you do not have to complete a complaint with us first.
8. Adults-only content
Our adult content is intended for people aged 18 or over, and older where local law requires it. The entry notice is an age self-declaration; it does not verify identity or age. You can read this notice and our terms without making that declaration. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact demonalterstudios@gmail.com so we can investigate and address it.
9. Updates to this notice
We will update this page when our services or data practices change and show the revision date above. Where a change requires fresh consent, we will ask before the relevant optional processing begins.
